More than a decade ago, my business began with designing wedding invitations, and I became obsessed with weddings. From the pretty stationery paper and fragrant bouquets to grandma's pocket of tissues, the stolen secret kisses between the bride and groom, and,
of course, the dress—I fell in love with every detail.
Speaking of the dress, I was a bridal stylist at David's Bridal for three years. I know all the secrets for giving your train the perfect fluff, assisting in properly applying your veil, and finding the bustle buttons on your dress. Additionally, I am a professional at communicating with large groups of people for photo organization and gently reminding Aunt Kathy that while we love her disposable camera, we want her to enjoy the day too. I'm like a bridesmaid in disguise, who can help keep the schedule in line, hold the tissues, and capture all the fleeting moments. With my experience and passion, I ensure that every detail of your special day is beautifully preserved.

THE DETAILS
When booking your wedding with me, you get a FREE 1 hour engagement session! I think it's a great way to get to know each other, get comfy in front of a camera, and learn more about how to make your day special. Plus the photos are great for save the dates and look great displayed in pretty frames during your reception.
Each couple will receive a complimentary 1 hour meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding to work out the details of your unique day. It is important to set a realistic timeline, discuss when family members should arrive for portraits and ensure there is enough time to capture the moments you are most excited about. Second Shooters are available for 10 hour weddings at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Photos take 6-10 weeks to receive in full, depending upon your wedding collection and the time of the year. All couples receive a preview on social media to share within 48 hours of the wedding.
Depending on the collection, images are delivered in an online gallery with high resolution download. Applicable collections include a keepsake box with a flashdrive and wedding album. All collections include a print release to print and display your images in the years to come. All details and more are included in your wedding contract.

Photography for travel and destination weddings and elopements starts at a flat rate. Depending on the wedding destination, additional costs may include airfare and lodging. By entrusting me with your special day, you are choosing a photographer who is dedicated to making your wedding experience unforgettable. THE TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY DETAILS
Conveniently located near two metropolitan cities, I am ideally positioned to capture weddings throughout Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Minnesota without any additional fees for travel or lodging. My goal is to make your day as seamless and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: celebrating your love.
For weddings outside the Midwest, whether within the U.S. or international destinations, additional travel fees will apply, including the cost of airfare and lodging. This ensures that I can arrive and be fully prepared to capture every moment of your special day, no matter where it takes place.
Clients will cover:

Travel Details

I arrive at the destination area two days prior to the wedding. For example, for a Saturday wedding, I would arrive on Thursday. This extra time ensures that I can acclimate, scout locations, and prepare for any unforeseen circumstances or delays. Ideally, I will attend wedding rehearsal or travel to the location the day before.

I typically stay until Monday morning. This flexibility allows for additional photoshoots or post-wedding sessions if desired.

I often explore the area before after the wedding. We will discuss exact travel plans and dates during our consultation and planning meetings to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.

There is nothing I love more than sharing the beauty of this earth with my family. We often travel together, so any extra night accommodations or lodging will be covered by me if I intend to prolong the trip or travel with my husband and children. This allows me to combine my passion for photography with my love for exploration and family, bringing a unique and heartfelt perspective to your photos.
I am fortunate to live near three airports, providing various travel options. The airports, in order of convenience, are OMA is ideal for U.S. and International travel while SUX and FSD are ideal for Midwestern cities like Denver and Chicago.
Booking Details

Please submit an inquiry form below and be as detailed as possible in your submission.

If your date is available (or flexible/undeceided) we will schedule a virtual, complimentary consultation to discuss your vision, wedding day and travel details.

If we are a good match, you will receive a contract of agreement, questionnaire, and invoice via email.

A non-refundable retainer of $500 is required to book your date. This acts as your first payment.

Travel expenses for airfare and lodging will be booked by myself within 2-4 weeks of receiving your signed contract and retainer payment. This cost will be invoiced to you for reimbursement and must be paid within 30 days.

Remaining balance on invoice is made through payments, on your own terms, through your online invoice. Your invoice must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the travel date.

We will communicate as frequently as you like via email to ensure efficient and effective communication and planning.

A minimum of 2 virtual meetings will be scheduled prior to travel dates to solidify wedding and travel plans
